evil kittie...

there is an evil kitty that lurks around the door of my teeny tiny apartment thingy... where i live.

he is *evil* because he is constantly trying to terrorize my precious... who is normally somewhat oblivious to his efforts.
when naps does notice, this evil orange cat will throw himself against the door in all his evil glory and size (he's huge)

so anyway... heres evil kitty visual...

if you cannot actually see said kitty, you will know his whereabouts by the disembodied glowing eyes... you really have to look to see this menace because i have bad luck with cameras and he WAS outside and it was dark and i was inside where it was light... sue me :

for this picture, i got as close as i could to the door without scaring the smarmy bastard away. before this, he had thrown himself against the glass, i guess being so stupid that he had assumed it was a screen and would have more give. it was pretty funny...
i think napoleon laughed at him a little. i would have... and taunted him too...

nappy was just obliviously playing with his silly little mouse- you know how cats play- chew, paw, bat bat, chew, throw in air, chase across room, act insane... the usual kitten behaviour.

i believe one night when br was first "courting" me, i was over his house and we were playing with this guy. he was kewl then...
maybe he's jealous now... that nappy is getting all the attention and living in a nice, warm place, eatting some yummy scrumpcious delicisiousness that i feed him...

That is one evil looking orange kitty. He looks like he thinks Napoleon would be tasty.

orange kitty is the king of the neighbourhood because he is so big.

if i catch him i will put him in a box with a mouse, kibbles (they like kibbles), water and holes so he can breathe and i will send him to la where he can be put in his place by pickles.

Hey you - There's a super cool looking kitty bed called the Kitty Pi. I love looking at the Kitty Pi Gallery - so many happy kitties!

You can use any bulky weight 100% wool - it just can't be superwash. Oh, and avoid light colors, because they won't felt well. The Noro's good because it makes those cool circles.

This is a great project to move beyond knitting squares because it's felted (thrown into the washer and treated in every way that you're not supposed to treat wool) - felting hides a lot of little whoopsie-daisy kinda things. :)

Plus Napoleon probably won't care too much if it isn't 100% perfect!

omg.

napoleon would *love* that! those kitties are so f-ing cute in their little kittie pi beds!

i wish i weren't working right now so i could rush out and get wool and the right size needles so i could start it right now.

i'm feeling disgruntled because i said i would help br at le spot tonight and i won't be able to work on my projects *for the next three days* sniffle...

thanks for the pattern!

the evil orange kittie is very much afraid of seal and seal is just a little bear of a dog... i bet pickles could take him.

Yer welcome. I know that Crazy Aunt Purl made a kitty pi for her cats, altho I can't remember exactly when that was - I just remember the great picture of all four of them trying to squoosh into it at the same time.

Beware the power of the kitty pi picture page - it could lure you into getting more kitties so you can make kitty pis... or is that pies?

I think I want a person pi - it only reached +7F today. Brrrr!
